For this lesson, you will need Winzip. If you don't have it, you can download
it for free from their site.
Here are the pictures you can choose from.

We are going to use picture tubes in this lesson.
First you will need to click on each little holiday image to download the zip
file.

Unzip each tube, and then we will install
them into Paint Shop Pro. Open one of the unzipped tubes with PSP. Then
click file, export, picture tube.
This window will pop up
Enter a name for your tube in the box, and
click ok. Repeat these steps for each tube.
Now that we have the tubes installed, lets make our graphic! Choose you photo,
and open it up in Paint Shop Pro. Then click image, and select Picture Frame.
When the window pops up, select your frame.
For this lesson, I'm using Antique Gold.

Click next. Now we need to choose whether
to have the frame inside or outside of the image. For the picture I'm using,
outside looks better.

Now click finish. Your picture should now
have a frame around it. Let's decorate it!
Now we need to add a new raster layer to our image. To do that, on the top bar,
choose layers, and new raster layer.

You can name the layer, but you don't have
to. Click ok. Now click on the picture tube button from the left side toolbar.

Now click on your Tool Options palatte,
and select your tube.

Now point your cursor on your picture in
the place where you want your tube to show up. Click the mouse once. If
you don't like where the tube appears, you can move it by clicking on the
mover button on the left side tool bar. It's the one with crossed up and down
arrows. Or you can click edit, and undo picture tube. And then add the tube
again. Once you have the tube where you want it, go to layers, merge, and
merge visible.

To add another tube, follow the same steps
starting from adding a new raster layer. And when you are done, make sure
to merge the layers. Now you can add text if you like, or simply save your
new graphic. Go to file, and choose save as. And save it as a jpg file. A
window like this will pop up

Click yes. And you're done!

Give yourself a great big pat on the back!
And maybe have yourself a drink! LOL
