What would you do if the man who destroyed your life was the only one who could save you?

In an ironic twist of fate, the police car carrying Todd to Statesville Prison and the car Marty is driving CJ Roberts and Jessica to the mountains in collide, sending Marty's car down the mountainside in a cluster of trees. Todd uses the accident to his advantage.......and is able to escape from the wrecked squad car and injured officer....... but he doesn't get far with his plan of escape when he comes across the crashed car and finds an injured, frantic Marty and scared CJ. His help is much needed.....

After getting the kids to safety, he finds he can't leave Marty behind. Did he give up his chance for freedom or did he? ........ Todd became a bit of a hero that fateful day.....
