Todd's back in Llanview looking for help from Sam
for the legal troubles he had gotten himself into

 

Will, Jessica & Cristian were on the run from Asa. Todd knows Viki worries about Jessica and wants her home. Todd has a plan to send Will off so Jessica can return home to be with Viki. With Will out of the country, Sam can focus some attention on Todd and his legal problems.
