In closing statements to the jury, Defense Attorney, Nora Gannon tried to sway the jury to find her clients, Todd, Zach and Powell guilty of raping Marty Saybrooke. The Judge declared a MISTRIAL. Marty's friend, Luna Moodey hosted a radio show "Luna's Love Line", and invited Marty to come on air and tell her story about the rape. Marty was reluctant at first, but then decided it was time people knew the truth, so she agreed to give her story on the air. Meanwhile, Todd was determined to make sure Marty would NEVER testify against him again....

Todd is taken to the hospital, and Luna is arrested. Todd denys the attack on Marty and Powell comes to tell Todd he saw what really happened. Todd threatens Powell.
