Flashback #17: Todd Clips

Shortly after Todd's kidnapping and return of Starr .... things were starting to fall into place with him and Blair, and then of course, Blair found out that it was Todd and not Carlo Hesser who kidnapped Starr. The reunion of Todd & Blair was again on hold. And while all that was going on, Todd managed his very busy, controversial paper, The Sun, and always had Kevin to deal with at every turn with competition of not only the newspaper business, but Viki's attention as well.
