The concept for The RH Factor, or at least the initial idea for the site, was born during Roger's B-Day bash held at Dim's board. It is not a secret that Roger Howarth tends to get a lot of negative reaction from people. It is also not a secret that Roger Howarth does not do press.  When you look at these two factors separately, well they hardly matter, but when combined-one being the result of the other-well things change.  As a fan of Roger Howarth it was getting really upsetting to go and read all the negative things about him, especially when they really have nothing to do with him. It was also upsetting to feel as though you were not free to express your love for his work without being looked upon with some amount of scorn..

I know you're probably saying, "don't most of you guys own boards, why build a whole new site?" Well, because The RH Factor is only about Roger Howarth, not a storyline, not him as half a couple, not a Soap Opera, not a show... just Roger.

In addition, most of our sites are based on specific personal likes; The RH Factor is based objectively on RH and his work.  Did we build this site to defend him?  No. Roger has no reason to defend himself against anyone. He has done nothing wrong, nor does he need us to defend him.  We built this site to let all internet users know that we support and like Roger and that it is ok to do the same: That it is cool to be a RH fan. We wanted to give all RH fans a place to come and freely talk about how incredible he is and how much they enjoy his work. No strings attached… if you like RH this is the place for you.

Here at The RH Factor, we want to stay away from supporting specific storylines,
love interests and so on. For example, if you like Todd or Paul, or Todd and Tea, or
Todd and Blair, or if you like Paul and Rose or Paul and Rosanna, it doesn't matter-as long as you like Roger Howarth and understand this site is concentrated on him alone, you are most welcome to come and have a good time.

The site was created with an equal partnership between what has come to be known affectionately as The LadyKnights of Roger's Round Table: Cataz, Dim Witt, Kari, Puertora, Starr and TK. We all came together and brought our own little thing to the mix. We have done our best to offer a wide variety of sections and content pertaining to Roger and his fans, so all of you will find something to enjoy here.  We will be holding regular events as chats, workshops, polls, trivia and Classic Roger Howarth and so on. Our goal is to keep the site new and exciting all the time changing to bring more and more RH fans.
